By accessing, downloading, installing, registering for, or using Zille, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of Zille after any update to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised version.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zille and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Zille may offer virtual currency, including coins, through Apple in-app purchase mechanisms or other authorized purchase flows made available in the Service. Coins are consumable, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable, transferable, or refundable except where required by law or by the applicable platform provider’s refund policies. We may modify coin pricing, bundles, availability, and uses at any time, and purchases are subject to the terms of the relevant app marketplace and payment provider.
We may revise these Terms from time to time in our discretion. When we do, we may update the Effective Date or otherwise provide notice as required by law or through the Service. If you continue using Zille after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
The Service, including its software, interface, text, graphics, logos, designs, features, and compilations, is owned by or licensed to Zille and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you, and except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or any part of it.
Zille is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that any content, results, or recommendations will meet your expectations.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zille and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your content; or (d) your infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights.
Where the Service provides automated suggestions, generated summaries, tags, classifications, or other machine-produced outputs, such outputs are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. We do not guarantee that any generated result will be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that automated outputs may contain errors or omissions, and any reliance on such outputs is at your own risk. You remain responsible for reviewing all results before using, sharing, or acting on them.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Zille for lawful, non-commercial purposes. This license allows you to create, store, review, and manage your own archive content within the Service, but only in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. Any use outside this scope requires our prior written permission.
The Service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that Zille will be available at all times or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from defects. We may modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or remove any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes.
You are responsible for the content, information, and materials you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such materials and that your use of them does not violate any law or third-party rights. You are also responsible for safeguarding your device, credentials, and account access, and for any activity occurring through your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all of the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct, created risk or exposure for us or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Zille, and you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet all applicable age and legal capacity requirements.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, notes, tags, feedback, and other materials that you upload or submit to Zille. By submitting user content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and revocable license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
You represent that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have all rights necessary to grant the license described above.
Zille is a lightweight visual archive application designed for jewelry lovers and aesthetic collectors. The Service is focused on helping users save jewelry images, enter names, descriptions, material and style details, add notes and tags, and store those records as elegant archive cards for later review. The experience emphasizes personal collection, visual presentation, and easy revisiting of saved pieces rather than professional appraisal, authentication, pricing, or transactional services.
The current Service may include features such as login and policy confirmation, a Home page with brand entry points and preview content, a Create Archive flow for making new jewelry records, a local history or library view for reviewing saved entries, detail pages for complete card display, a profile and settings area, a coin store for in-app purchases, feedback tools, and agreement screens for legal documents. Some concepts, such as boards or automated analysis, may appear as design directions or supporting features, but they are not warranties of professional judgment or guaranteed outcomes.
You may not use Zille to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful conduct. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: attempting to access systems or data without authorization; interfering with or disrupting the Service; introducing malware; scraping, crawling, or using bots unless expressly permitted; reverse engineering or decompiling the Service except where prohibited by law; and circumventing security, payment, or usage restrictions.
You also may not upload or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, exploitative, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. In addition, you may not use the Service to promote scams, impersonation, spam, or any activity that may harm Zille, our users, or third parties.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Zille operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory law. Any non-waivable consumer protection rights available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.
